1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using poshpork.com and booking The Posh Pork Murder Mystery Experience ("the Experience"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and participants of the Experience.

2. Service Description

The Posh Pork Murder Mystery Experience is a virtual, interactive murder mystery experience focused on food education and entertainment. The Experience:

• Is delivered virtually (online or at designated physical locations in Mallorca)
• Lasts approximately 90 minutes
• Is educational entertainment and not medical or nutritional advice
• Does not include physical food service
• May be recorded for quality and improvement purposes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Experience at any time without prior notice.

3. Trial Period

The sessions running from May 16 to June 1, 2026 are trial sessions. As such:

• The Experience is in development and may contain errors or incomplete elements
• We welcome your feedback to shape its evolution
• Technical issues may occur and will be addressed to the best of our ability
• The format and content may change for future sessions

By booking a trial session, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

4. Bookings and Payment

4.1 Booking Process
To book the Experience, you must:

• Select your preferred session date and time
• Specify the number of participants
• Complete payment through our secure Stripe payment system
• Provide a valid email address for confirmation

4.2 Pricing
The Experience is priced at €15 per participant. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable Spanish VAT.

4.3 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit/debit card processed securely through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed only upon successful payment.

4.4 Booking Confirmation
You will receive a booking confirmation email with session details within 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive confirmation, contact mystery@poshpork.com immediately.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your booking:

• More than 7 days before the session: Full refund
• 3-7 days before the session: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before the session: No refund

To request a cancellation, email mystery@poshpork.com with your booking reference. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

5.2 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any session due to technical issues, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available session.

5.3 No-Shows
If you fail to attend your booked session without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for your scheduled session
• Ensure you have the necessary technical equipment (internet connection, device) for virtual sessions
• Behave respectfully toward other participants and facilitators
• Not record, photograph, or otherwise reproduce the Experience without prior written permission
• Not share access credentials with non-paying participants
• Provide honest feedback when requested

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these responsibilities without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, characters, storylines, graphics, and designs in the Experience are the exclusive property of Posh Pork and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Experience
• Use our branding, characters, or content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or extract underlying data or code

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Educational Entertainment Only
The Experience is for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Any information provided is for general knowledge and should not be relied upon for making health decisions.

8.2 No Warranties
The Experience is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Experience will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Technical issues will not occur
• The content is completely accurate or up-to-date

8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Posh Pork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Experience.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Experience shall not exceed the amount you paid for your booking.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Future Products

Posh Pork may develop and launch additional products and services, including:

• Fully online versions of the Experience
• Posh Pork branded food products in supermarkets
• Other related experiences or offerings

If you have opted in to marketing communications, we may contact you about these future offerings. Your participation in the current Experience does not create any obligation to purchase future products.

11. Age Restrictions

The Experience is intended for participants aged 16 and older. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to book and participate.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider failures, or technical infrastructure issues.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Experience shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mallorca, Spain.

If you are a consumer based in the EU, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We will notify you of significant changes by email or prominent notice on our website.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
